Solar Power System

Solar power system is in response to the big issue of climate change. The power from the sun is a clean alternative to fossil fuel which is the major cause of air pollution and global warming. Sabrina will be fully solar-powered by 2018 in Cambodia.

In addition, Solar Power System installed on the roof is not just providing clean power; the panels act as roof shades to cool the house and the workplace. The panels help to reduce the need for air-conditioning and we have expected a large reduction in the amount of energy use.

Reclaimed Water

The industrial sewage discharged from our factories is treated. This highly treated wastewater can be used for toilet-flushing and other uses to extend our water supplies. Furthermore, our rain water harvesting system provides as an independent water supply and helps to reduce the demands on tap water.

In addition, sets of RO systems were also installed in our facility for wastewater recycling. After being tested, the RO-treated water is safe for fish pond within our facility. This initiative also helps Kunshan Sabrina Clothes-Making Co. to further cut down on tab water consumption.

Busway

Busway is a prefabricated electrical distribution system consisting of bus bars in a protective enclosure. Busway is flexible and provides an effective means of distributing power; it is relatively simple to accommodate changing load situation. With plug-in busway and bus plugs, this electrical distribution system can be easily reconfigured. Therefore, when we expand or move machinery, we don’t need to re-wire the traditionally way and thus eliminate the possibility of electrical hazards.

LED

Sabrina factories are currently illuminated with LED lighting. They are more durable, and offer comparable or better light quality than other types of lighting. In a long term, LED helps us to save power and to be electrically efficient. LED is one of the energy-efficient technologies adopted by Sabrina since 2011.
